2What customization options are available?
A: We can customize: Appearance (color, size, shape, logo printing) Function (smart control, WiFi/Zigbee/Bluetooth, power, heating technology) Packaging & labeling Packaging design and user manual in your language
3What is your MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?
A: MOQ depends on the product and level of customization, usually starts from 500–1000 pieces per model. Please contact us for exact quotation.
4Do you provide design support?
A: Yes, our R&D team can work from your concept sketches, reference samples, or detailed specifications to develop new products.
5What certifications can you provide?
A: Our products comply with CE, RoHS, ERP, GS, etc. We can assist with additional market-specific certifications if needed.
6How long is the lead time for OEM/ODM?
A: Sample development: 30–60 days Mass production: 45–75 days after sample approval (depending on order size)
